What foods are causing you problems?

      I've been suffering with psoriasis for over 30 years.  It has been painful. My hands would crack, bleed and give me so much discomfort.  I have sought help from my family practice doctor, and a couple dermatologists' numerous times over the years. I have been prescribed topical creams, medications and even done an ultraviolet treatment with no relief.
